La Vigne was well equipped, comfortable and clean. The pool was kept exceptionally clean and the water sparkling. The best gite in that price range that we have stayed in thanks to John and Penny's efforts. We would return.

We were so surprised at the level of facilities available in the Gite. We enjoyed the area especially Brantomme which is well worth a visit. John & Penny are perfect hosts and we are looking forward to our next visit.

We found the gites ideal for friends or family, as being separate, you can do your own thing. They were very well equipped, we even had the English soaps on TV. The situation was excellent, very tranquil in pretty surroundings. Riberac, just a couple of minutes by car is a beautiful town, which holds a large market every Friday. It also has three large supermarkets which sell just about everything you need. It is also central for visiting places such as Brantome, Bergerac, and Aubeterre-sur-dronne, all well worth a visit. I can highly recommend the gites to anyone wishing to stay in this lovely area, and you will be well looked after by Penny and John.
